What it is

A tendon capacity and load-related condition that may persist for months, affecting the Achilles, patellar, gluteal, rotator-cuff or other tendons.

Typical clinical symptoms

  • Localised pain during tendon loading
  • Stiffness after rest or at the start of activity
  • Reduced strength and tolerance for repeated activity

Persistent Pain
