Cookies are small files a browser may store. The website may also use browser local storage to remember a preference on your device. We apply the same transparency standard to both technologies.

salveo-shop-cart-v1 stores variant identifiers and quantities in the cart. salveo-shop-attempt-v1 stores the technical order-attempt reference, variants, quantities, fulfilment method and a cryptographic fingerprint to distinguish a retry from a changed order. This data is kept in the tab session across reloads and navigation; the browser may restore it when restoring a tab. The attempt reference is removed after a definitive response. Name, phone, address and note are not stored in this space. This storage supports the cart and duplicate-order prevention, and is not used for profiling.
salveo-academy-attempt-v1 stores only the Academy request reference and cryptographic fingerprint in the tab session to prevent duplicate retries. It does not store contact details or the message. It is removed after confirmation; the browser may restore it when restoring the tab.
salveo-booking-attempt-v1 stores the technical booking-request reference, a cryptographic fingerprint and the original page and language in the tab session, including across reloads and navigation. It does not store your name, phone, email or form values. After a reload, re-enter the same details to check the request. The reference is removed after confirmation or a definitive rejection of the first attempt; an uncertain result retains it for retry. The browser may restore the session with the tab. Clearing the session loses this protection. This storage is not used for profiling.
YouTube video
The official Salveo homepage video loads through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain only after you allow it in the cookie panel. Google/YouTube may receive technical data when it loads under their own policies. Salveo does not use this video for analytics, profiling or marketing.
Analytics and marketing
Analytics, advertising pixels, profiling and marketing cookies are not enabled. If this changes, this policy and the preference panel will be updated before activation.
Reopen the notice
Open the panel at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Choose “Allow YouTube videos” or “Only necessary”. Changing the choice reloads the page to apply it. Without permission, the homepage shows a photograph instead of the video. You can also clear local storage in your browser settings.
